Slap Happy Cartoons is a local animation studio founded in Vancouver, BC by four top animation professionals Kathy Antonsen Rocchio, Greg Sullivan, Josh Mepham and Vito Viscomi. After spending many years working on various successful productions, the four principals formed SLAP HAPPY to realize their shared vision and passion for creating original, funny and sometimes twisted cartoons for both kids and adults. Their dream of opening a studio came to reality when they received a production order from YTV on their original series NERDS AND MONSTERS. The partners opened up their studio in 2013 and produced two seasons of the hit series that airs around the world.

To tackle all of these features, we highlighted their talented artists in an alternating two column grid to display, give them a hover, it’s a real #BlastToThePast. Aside from their talented artists, we also integrated a stunning full-screen demo reel on the homepage to entice their audience to provide a taste of their work along with their vibrant culture.
