Things To Do In Vancouver Labour Day Events 2015

2.5 Minute Read

Looking for things to do in Vancouver this Labour Day Weekend? We’ve been doing the research for you so you can take more time to have fun!

Baseball

Friday, Sept 5 / Saturday, Sept 6 / Sunday, Sept 7 (Various Times)

Like to catch a good ball game? No doubt! This weekend it’s time to pull out the Spits and fill up on hotdogs and beer at a Canadian’s game. Which day you ask? They’ll be around all weekend playing the Everett AquaSox with games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! If you’re invited onto ‘The Hey Y’all Porch’ with the free buffet, let me tell you from experience, DO IT!

Tickets are limited but scalpers walk around constantly with extras at hand. And let me give you a tip, if you see a businessman walking around with an envelope full with tickets, wait patiently nearby. Trish from accounting probably won’t show up and you’ll get a hell of a deal taking those pesky tickets off that miffed boss.

Museum of Vancouver

On until Sunday, Sept 7

Museum of Vancouver

This is the last weekend to catch Stefan Sagmeister’s The Happy Show at the Museum of Vancouver. This exhibit tests the boundaries of art and design with interactive questions on ‘What Makes Us Happy’. Check it out while you still can.

Admission is between $8-14 (Youth-Adult) with a $32 family deal.
